1. Scope of HR Consulting

Our services include talent acquisition strategies, performance management frameworks, and HR tech integration as detailed in your specific Proposal. We don't just provide templates; we build ecosystems. However, please note that while we provide legal compliance guidance based on Irish employment law, we are HR consultants, not a law firm.

Everything we create for you is tailored. Total commitment. We expect you to provide the necessary data and access to your team to make our integration successful.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly. Net 30. Standard and simple.

3. Tech Implementations

When we integrate new HR tech into your workflow, we're acting as your strategic architects. While we ensure the pipes are connected and the software is singing, the final responsibility for data accuracy rests with your internal admins. We'll show you the ropes, though!

4. Confidentiality & Data

Your secrets are safe under Sir John Rogerson's Quay. We deal with sensitive employee relations daily. Your data is protected by industry-leading encryptions and our own strict internal protocols. We don't share, sell, or sniff around where we aren't invited.

5. Termination

Sometimes paths diverge. Either party can wind down the partnership with a 60-day written notice. We'll ensure a clean handoff of all assets and knowledge bases. We appreciate the time we spend growing your business.
